'I have been struggling with some&nbsp;knee pain&nbsp;for a few years from jumping in volleyball and the uni physio sessions only appeared to&nbsp;make things worse.&nbsp;I also&nbsp;didn’t feel like I could target&nbsp;my glutes and hamstrings when deadlifting or deadlift as much as I could hip thrust in comparison. Even when I asked my lecture for help, he couldn’t understand&nbsp;why either as my form was good.'

'I chatted to Floss about the exercises I was doing in the sessions, she took at look at my knees capabilities and limitations. We ran through the workout plan she created for me, it&nbsp;addresses strengthening and conditioning&nbsp;my knee and has progression to assist with my jump height. I haven’t experienced&nbsp;any pain since&nbsp;using the plan.'

'She also looked at my deadlift and identified I loaded everything in my back when deadlifting because, my back is ultimately weak compared to my glutes and hamstrings. Therefore my gym plan also has back strengthening exercises whilst not compromising my leg strength. I’m now&nbsp;able to target&nbsp;my hamstrings and glutes and&nbsp;I don’t experience any back discomfort.'

<b>Really simple knee exercises that she needed to master and have reduced pain before progressing the exercises and zero pain before doing anything else complex… Her deadlift she needed to relax, tune into where she was lifting from and take the weight down to have the effect she wanted and needed… </b>
